I needed to buy some new clothes, so today I went to Bob's Stores. They have a good selection, and decent prices. I’m more familiar with Marshall’s, which is cheaper, but maybe not as good a selection (I’ve found great clothes there, but you have to look thoroughly). On the other hand, I’m also used to Banana Republic, which usually has a great selection, but can be quite pricey.
Today at Bob’s Stores I bought some gray Dickies pants ($24), a black Dickies belt ($15), some underwear and socks, some black shoes ($30), as well as a long sleeve white shirt ($20).
I also signed up for their rewards program, which gives you a $10 shopping card for every $200 you spend. Not bad.
UPDATE: Unfortunately I have to bring the Dickies pants back for an exchange. They are 34/34, which is my size, but they are tight. In general I’ve found Dickies sizes to be on the small side.
